I have had moments of self-doubt in my life. I often get feelings of a lack of self-worth, that I’m not good enough, or that I am a failure. I know these are irrational thoughts to have and I work on this struggle to believe in myself and my abilities.I have to trust in myself and what I am capable of and work on believing in myself.
What you must know, and I need to remember this too, is that no one has the right to put you down and contribute to the belief that you’re not good enough. We all have so much to offer, and if people can’t recognize this, you don’t need them in your life. You’re better off. Cut the negative people and negative influences out of your life, replace them with positive vibes and good energy. Remember to always believe in yourself.
